Article 1: Booking
The booking can be made on our website, by phone, by mail or on our partners’ websites.
Your credit card details will be considered as a payment guarantee. No debit will be made. The payment will be made at the end of your stay.
In case you don’t use a credit card or for any exceptional circumstances (like more than three nights stay), we will require an advance of 50% of the total amount of your stay to book your reservation.
In any case, our written confirmation is absolutely necessary to confirm any reservation.
Article 2: Means of payment
Payment can be done by bank transfer and with credit cards (VISA and MASTER CARD). Cheques and cash are not accepted. Any bank charges related to transfer will remain the responsibility of the client.
Article 3: Cancellation
Fee amount depends on the date we shall be informed of the cancellation of your reservation (necessarily via email or mail):
Reception of your cancellation more than 14 days before your expected arrival date, no fee will be charged.
Reception of your cancellation 14 days, or less than 14 days before your expected arrival date, you will be charged 50% of the amount of your stay.
Reception of your cancellation 8 days, or less than 8 days before your expected arrival date, or if you don’t come (effective from 7 pm) you will be charged the total amount of your planned stay.
A shortened stay is charged 50% of the remaining nights as compensation (minimum of one night).
In case of exceptional circumstances, La Barboire Campagne can cancel the booking. An alternative solution will be proposed and the amounts paid will be returned.
Article 4: Check-in and check-out
Check-in time between 3pm and 7 pm in case of late arrival, please let us know before 4 pm. For the peacefulness of our guests, no check-in is not possible after 10 pm.
The day of your departure, the room has to be vacated before 11 am.
Article 5: Children are not admitted (under 16 years of age)
For their safety and for the quietness of our customers, we cannot welcome children and/or teenagers under 16 years of age. There will be no exceptions except in case of a total privatisation.
The capacity of each room is clearly stated. Il is not possible to add guest beds.
Children are admitted during school holidays.
Article 6: For your comfort and your quietness
The bedrooms and the lounges in La Barboire are non-smoking areas. It is forbidden to light candles or incense.
Due to hygiene reasons, pets are welcome under conditions (please contact us).
The spa area is open from 10 am to 8 pm.
Article 7: Price
Our prices are indicated inclusive of 10% VAT. Each rate of tax change will be reflected in the price charged.
The tourist tax is charged extra. It is a fix amount per night per person. La Barboire Campagne has the obligation to collect it and to refund it to the public treasury.
