THE BATH AREA
Open from 10.00 am to 9.00 pm
The indoor pool – a lap pool equipped with a counter-current system – is permanently heated between 28 and 31°. It is managed by a highly sophisticated maintenance system.
The hot stones sauna is glazed on both sides which allows you to be immersed in the natural brightness of the bath area.
The hammam, or steam bath, is illuminated by luminous diodes which call to mind a starry sky. This regular colour change combines the benefits of chromotherapy and those of hot steam.
The cold bath (around 16°) could be tried after a short stay in the pool or the sauna, for its revitalizing effect.

We invite you to explore several holistic well-being and beauty care in the spirit of “Beauty Farm”.
A highly skilled team is at your disposal upon reservation for massages, foot reflexology or even baths with garden plants.
And so as to refocus, to better deal with daily stress, Pilates or yoga classes are organised upon request in our dojo or in the garden.
The ZENDO
A small refined room, dedicated to massages, one-to-one therapies and meditation practices in small number.
Upon reservation :
- Yoga personal training, Pilates, stretching, sophrology or fitness
- Wellness massages, reflexology, back massage
- Face and body cares
The Tea-room
Located at the entrance of the building dedicated to wellness, the Tea Room is the place of welcome, upon your arrival and throughout your stay.
Rest room and relaxation lounge, you can wait there for your massage, cool off after the sauna, discover one of ours books on naturopathy or plants, or leaf through magazines.
You will find there, depending on the season : some hot tea or iced tea, infusions or a little snack. In wintertime, the beauty of a chimney fire and the essences of aromatic plants will lead you to a hypnotic feeling of well-being.

Facing a fireplace and a window opening on the forest, we invite you to experience a bath with garden plants and Epsom salts in an real copper bath reputed for its energizing properties.
The great room
The consulting and naturopathy care room
Once used as a tobacco dryer, the Great Room is a multipurpose area – dojo, yoga room, Pilates room or even meeting room – which can accommodate up to 20 people.
The floor is covered with light wood, the back wall is coated with a large mirror. In winter, a cast iron stove gives off a soft warmth. Located upstairs, its side openings offer a comforting view on the surrounding trees.
